I just read an interview of Connie Britton and she is in the cast. When asked about when it is to start filming she responded she hoped it would start early next year, but they had to work around everyone's availability. I sure hope James being on The Office doesn't foul up his doing this film. I know that almost half of the season has already been filmed, but if they start filming early in 2012 it might be hard for him to schedule around the TV show...here's hoping the situation is under control!

I hope it doesn't either. As much as I enjoy seeing him on "the Office" It just feels like a filler and I can't wait to see him on the big screen. I get the feeling that they might film more than one episode a week of "the office"..... The only reason I say this is because when Craig Ferguson was asking him about "glasses off acting" he said he only lasted one episode before wearing them... By my recollections the first time we saw them was in "The Garden Party". so..... Maybe they are shooting 2 at a time.
Anyway, If they are prepared to work around his schedule...They must want him....
Who wouldn't - he's brilliant!
